These terms and conditions govern bookings and stays in the two villas of the Bucovina Harmony property (Vila Foișor and Vila Poiană), referred to below as "the property". By sending a booking request and confirming it, you accept the terms below.
1. The operator
The property is run by Bucovina Harmony, based in the Gura Humorului area, Suceava County, Romania, email: [email protected]. The operator's full details (legal name, registration number, address) are provided in the written booking confirmation and on invoices.
2. How a booking is made
- Send a request via the website form, email, phone or WhatsApp, with arrival and departure dates, number of guests and preferred villa.
- We reply within 24 hours with availability and the price for the requested period.
- The booking becomes firm after our written confirmation and, where applicable, after receipt of the deposit stated in the confirmation (see Payments and refunds).
Until written confirmation, a request does not block the dates.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in Romanian lei (RON) or euro and depend on the season, the number of nights and the number of guests. The price confirmed in writing is the final price for that stay and includes utilities, linen, towels and final cleaning. Local taxes (e.g. resort tax), where applicable, are stated separately in the confirmation.
4. Capacity and guests
Each villa hosts a maximum of 10 guests (8 in the bedrooms + 2 on the sofa bed), children included. The number of guests stated at booking may not be exceeded without our prior agreement. Unannounced guests may be refused or charged extra.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Late arrivals or departures after 11:00 can be arranged subject to availability, with advance notice. At check-in please have an ID document for each adult, as required by Romanian tourist registration law.
6. House rules
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors, in the designated areas; it is forbidden indoors.
- Pets are accepted only with advance notice.
- Quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
- Parties and events may be held only with our prior agreement.
- Guests are responsible for damage to the villa or courtyard during their stay; damage is charged at replacement/repair value.
Serious or repeated breaches of the rules entitle us to end the stay without refunding amounts paid.
7. Liability
We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and current; reference images used until the property photo shoot are marked as such. We are not liable for unattended personal belongings, nor for force majeure events (extreme weather, public utility outages, restrictions imposed by authorities). In such cases we will offer rescheduling or a refund in line with the Cancellation policy.
8. Personal data
Data provided at booking is processed in line with our Privacy policy, solely to manage the booking and meet legal obligations.
